How much does the dental membership plan cost?
Our basic plan costs $399 per person and $349/year for an additional member. The Perio membership costs $599/year, broken down into $55 monthly.Â
Is there a waiting period to start using the dental membership benefits?
An in-house membership plan allows you to enjoy dental treatments without the hassle of traditional insurance. Dental membership plans have no waiting period—you become eligible as soon as you register. There are also no deductibles, pre-authorizations, exclusions, or annual maximums. Pay a one-off fee and access the dental care you need without stress!
Can I use the membership plan with insurance?
Unfortunately no! It’s either one or the other. Dental membership plans are designed for patients without insurance coverage. However, you can enroll in our membership plans once your insurance runs out. You’ll have access to dental care worth thousands of dollars with an affordable fee.Â
How do I enroll in the membership plan?
Signing up for our membership plan in Der Mar, California, is simple – call (858) 465-8717.
Can I cancel my membership plan?
Yes, you can, but it is subject to terms and conditions. Just communicate with our team and give us a few business days to process your request. However, note that membership fees aren’t refundable, and the plan isn’t transferable to another person. Furthermore, you can’t substitute family members.
Are there any additional benefits with the membership plan?
Despite getting all the preventive care you need to maintain a healthy smile, you’ll get a 15-20% discount for non-standard treatments. Plus, your entire family can join for a reduced enrollment fee of just $349/year for every additional member.Â
How do I renew my membership plan?
You can renew your membership immediately after its expiration day. To ensure uninterrupted dental care, contact us directly via phone or email a few days before the expiration date.Â
